Client galleries

Private client galleries for the photographs you are ready to share.

Give each delivery a home alongside the client and job. Upload your finished work, review how it appears and choose the permissions before inviting the client to view it.

Clients can browse, mark favourites and download when you allow it. Your gallery is a private delivery space, not an automatically published portfolio.

One calendar month. No credit card. No automatic trial charge.

How it works

A deliberate, simple delivery

  1. Create and upload

Name the gallery and add files or folders. The compact upload tray shows transfer progress and pause, resume, retry and cancellation controls.

  2. Check the gallery

Review images and gallery settings before sharing. Set publishing, watermark and original-download permissions for this delivery.

  3. Share with the client

A published client-linked gallery appears in that client portal. Send the private link deliberately, and revoke access when it is no longer appropriate.

  4. Let the client browse

The browser viewer supports full-screen photographs, touch navigation and keyboard arrows. Clients can mark favourites and access the downloads you permit.

Good to know

Photo viewing and file delivery have different jobs

Image previews make supported photographs easier to browse. RAW and video uploads can be retained and delivered as original files; uploading them does not provide an editing tool or guarantee browser playback of every format.

Save photos can open the device share sheet for authorised image files on supported browsers. The device decides which save options are offered. Individual downloads and ZIP remain available alternatives; a website cannot silently save to a photo library.

Reduced previews and optional watermarks help discourage casual copying. Original downloads remain under your control, but no website can guarantee that a viewer will not take a screenshot or photograph their screen.

Your questions

Before you get started.

Does sharing a gallery make it public?

No. Delivery uses private access. Do not publish the private link on a public website or social post. Access follows the current client and gallery permissions, and links can be revoked.

Can clients share a gallery by email?

You can enable gallery-only email sharing for a client. A forwarded gallery link is limited to that gallery, expires and remains subject to the parent client access. It does not grant access to the whole client portal.

Is there a print shop or formal proofing approval?

Not in the current release. Clients can mark favourites and download authorised files. Print purchasing, proofing comments and a submitted final selection are separate future work.
