Check usage and allowance
Review storage in your workspace before uploading. Gallery originals, stored viewing versions, receipts, asset photographs and professional documents can all count.
Keep transfers manageable
Watch overall and individual upload progress. Uploads must fit the available account storage and the server’s remaining physical capacity.
Review an increase
For an existing recurring subscription on the same billing cycle, more storage follows the reviewed remaining-term payment confirmation and keeps the renewal date.
Plan a reduction
A recurring downgrade or monthly/yearly cycle change waits until the paid month or year ends. Existing files are kept; new uploads pause if usage exceeds the new allowance.

Storage, previews and downloads are different
There is no separate plan limit on download count or per-file size. A file still has to fit the available storage and physical server capacity, and its format determines how it can be previewed on a device.
RAW and video file storage is delivery, not a photo editor or a promise that every codec will play in the browser. Keep your own independent backups; a delivery gallery should not be your only copy of important work.
Binned gallery files continue to count until permanent removal. A recurring subscription downgrade preserves files above quota and stops new uploads; other explicitly reviewed account actions have their own displayed retention conditions.

Are business tools extra on top of storage?
All current workspace tools are included across the plans. Storage, client and gallery record limits, routine CSV access and support differ; the pricing page sets out those differences.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
An existing recurring subscription can schedule the change for the end of its paid month or year. Review the effective date before confirming; the change does not create a second subscription.
What happens after the trial?
The trial does not automatically charge a card. Eligible verified Free accounts get one calendar month of Essentials benefits, then return to their underlying allowance unless another arrangement applies. Trial expiry does not automatically erase uploaded data.
