Booking and calendar

Plan photography bookings with the details that matter.

A date in the diary is only the start. Keep the client, location, start and end, price, journey and equipment alongside the booking, then review each change before it reaches the client.

Use a private studio calendar for your work and offer meeting slots when you choose to make them available.

One calendar month. No credit card. No automatic trial charge.

How it works

Review the plan before confirming the work

  1. Choose the client and service

Start with an intake draft or an existing project. Choose photography, video production or content creation before selecting an appropriate rate.

  2. Set the dates and venue

Enter the start, end and location. Review private calendar conflicts, any additional event and the saved price basis.

  3. Check travel and equipment

Review journey time and customer travel charges, then choose the Standard bag or job-specific assets. Internal packing details remain private.

  4. Save and take the next action

Saving keeps the linked private calendar event and booking. Send a quote or create an invoice draft only when you explicitly choose that next step.

Good to know

Meetings, shoot requests and calendar events are distinct

An existing client can submit a shoot request for your review. Their request does not promise availability or show an automatically confirmed price. You review the dates, local conflicts, travel, assets and quote before approving the work.

Meeting slots are availability that you deliberately offer. Clients can book an offered meeting slot, with a Zoom link when the photographer connection is configured. This does not automatically confirm or invoice an entire photography booking.

The current calendar is private to your GlassSuite workspace. External calendar synchronisation and a general recurring-event system are not available. Road estimates are approximate and do not include live traffic.

Your questions

Before you get started.

Does saving a booking email the client?

No. Saving updates your booking and linked private calendar event. Sending a quote, publishing a gallery and issuing an invoice are separate reviewed actions.

Can clients book a call?

Yes. You can offer meeting slots for the client to select. Configure your own Zoom connection if the meeting should have a Zoom link.

Can I use different rates after midnight?

Yes. Rates can include time bands for the booking timezone. Review the calculated booking price; existing accepted quotes and issued invoices retain their recorded price details.
