How it works

From the shelf to the booking

  1. Record the equipment

    Add assets and their supporting details. Keep serial numbers, values and internal notes in the private workspace.

  2. Choose the usual bag

    Mark what normally travels with you. An item that is not routinely needed can remain outside your Standard bag.

  3. Review the particular shoot

    After planning travel, check the job assets. Add special equipment, remove unnecessary items and note anything to pack or check.

  4. Keep an accurate history

    Update long-lead booking plans as your kit changes. Completing the shoot freezes its final equipment list for the historical record.

Good to know

Packing plans and rental availability serve different needs

A Standard bag saves repeated selection without treating every future booking as an unchangeable kit list. Explicit extras that become unavailable are flagged for review rather than silently replaced.

The job packing plan does not reserve equipment across every booking or provide an insurance valuation. If an asset needs hiring, use the separate reviewed rental process and check the agreed dates, charges and delivery details.

Studio Spaces is separate from equipment. Photographers can invite another existing verified account to request studio time, review availability and explicitly prepare the rental invoice. A shared rental does not merge either photographer’s clients or workspace.

Can I change the kit for a future booking?

Yes. Review the Standard bag or custom job selection as the booking approaches. Completed shoots retain their final equipment history.

Will clients see my equipment serial numbers and values?

No. Internal equipment information and packing notes are not included in the client booking or invoice presentation.

Does a packing plan prevent double-booking equipment?

No. Job asset selection is a packing plan. Equipment rentals use their own availability and confirmation process; review availability before committing kit to another job.
