Storage covers gallery media, receipts, assets uploads and photographer PDFs. Storage is used only as files are uploaded. There is no separate per-file size cap or download-count limit; uploads must fit the remaining allowance and available server space. The Free plan also limits clients and galleries.
Sign up to a standard plan to create your account, confirm your email and start your calendar-month trial without a card. New Free accounts receive Essentials benefits, including 20 GB, during the trial. Your chosen plan stays selected for billing; selecting a larger plan does not grant its storage. Existing accounts keep their licence and trial history. Trial expiry starts no payment.
Prices are in GBP. Your final total and any applicable tax will be confirmed before you agree to a subscription. Annual plans are paid in one payment for 12 months; the 10% saving is against 12 monthly payments. Enterprise pricing and storage are agreed individually.
GlassSuite is in early access. Live subscription charging, client card payments, a print store, shared team seats, external calendar sync and direct tax filing are not available.

A calendar month to try the workflow
Confirm your email to receive your once-only trial. New Free accounts temporarily get Essentials benefits, including 20 GB, without a credit card. A selected paid plan is kept for your later review; it is not a purchase and does not grant a larger allowance.
Your trial ends without a charge or automatic renewal. Existing paid, early-access and custom arrangements remain in place. Existing files are retained when your trial ends. New uploads pause if usage is above your resulting allowance. Client portal access stays free.
Manage an existing subscription from Subscription in your workspace. Supported same-cycle storage upgrades show a reviewed remaining-term payment and keep your renewal date. The new allowance starts after payment is confirmed.
Downgrades and monthly/yearly changes start when your current paid month or year ends. You can cancel a scheduled change beforehand. Existing files are retained after a plan change; new uploads pause if you are above the new allowance. A manually assigned or complimentary licence does not need to be bought again.
Existing files are retained when your trial or paid subscription ends, or your storage allowance changes. New uploads pause while your usage is above the current allowance. Cancelling a renewal preserves the period already paid for.
Ordinary accounts on any plan are eligible for full removal after twelve calendar months without a completed sign-in. We queue a warning email and allow thirty days from that warning to return, with a final reminder seven days before removal. Email delivery or reading does not stop the removal clock. Signing in cancels the pending removal. Administrator accounts are excluded.
You control gallery expiry and deletion. A photographer-chosen gallery expiry can permanently remove its files on the displayed date. Files deliberately moved to the Bin follow the Bin retention period, and permanent removal remains available through reviewed deletion actions. Download any files you want to keep before a chosen deletion date.
Clear prices and current scope
Prices and financial records are currently in GBP. Annual plans are paid for twelve months in one payment and cost 10% less than twelve monthly payments. Any applicable tax and the final total are shown before you agree to a subscription. Enterprise storage, support and scope are agreed separately.
GlassSuite is in early access. Live subscription charging and client card payments are not enabled. Finance tools organise manual records; they do not provide bank reconciliation or direct tax filing. A print store, photographer email campaigns, external calendar sync and team seats are not current standard features.
Storage includes original gallery files, stored viewing versions, receipts, equipment photographs and professional documents. Downloads have no plan count limit. Files must fit the remaining allowance and available server capacity.
