Getting started · Task guide
Set up your photography workspace
Start with your profile so the right business details appear on the invoices and client portals you create.
Follow these steps
Create or accept your account
Use Sign up to this plan on the pricing page for a new standard-plan account. Selecting a plan is a preference, not a payment. Complete the inbox verification shown. If invited, follow your single-use invitation link and choose your own strong password; successful setup confirms that same inbox without a second verification code.
Sign in and complete the setup
Sign in separately, read and accept the current Terms, then enter your studio name and business contact details. New passwords need 12–128 characters, a capital letter and a symbol, and are checked for common or breached choices.
Review your photographer profile
Check the seller details, contact information and payment instructions that will appear on your documents. Keep private information out of fields you intend clients to see.
Check your actual allowance
Open Subscription to see your current licence, storage and any trial dates. Eligible verified accounts receive one calendar-month trial without a credit card, once per account. It does not start a charge at expiry; existing manual arrangements and storage overrides are preserved.
Start with one client job
Open Clients and start client onboarding. The first stage saves a draft. Create the booking, quote, project or gallery through its separate action when you are ready.
What to know
- Account security lets you add app-code MFA and review your sessions. Save recovery codes separately from your phone.
- An invitation or complimentary licence is not a payment. Review any optional paid subscription separately.
