Review your plan and change storage
Your Subscription screen is the place to check the licence and storage your account actually has.
Follow these steps
Check the current account
Open Subscription and review the plan, effective allowance, trial dates and renewal information shown. A manually assigned or complimentary licence does not need to be purchased again. Converting it to recurring billing requires a separate explicit review.
Check what uses storage
Saved files, binned content and pending upload reservations count towards your allowance. Deleting a gallery into the bin does not immediately release its bytes. Completed file removal frees storage.
Review an increase
An existing recurring subscriber uses Review plan change. A storage increase on the same monthly or annual cycle uses the reviewed remaining-term payment and keeps the renewal date. The new allowance starts only after the matching payment is confirmed.
Schedule a smaller plan
A downgrade or change between monthly and yearly billing waits until the current paid month or paid year ends. Review that date before confirming. You can cancel a scheduled change before it takes effect.
Plan for an allowance below current usage
A subscription downgrade keeps your existing files. New uploads are blocked while usage is above the new allowance. Export or deliberately remove content if you need to get within it; the subscription downgrade itself does not automatically delete your galleries.
What to know
- Current subscription checkout is configured for Stripe test payments. Live charging is disabled in this build.
- An administrator’s plan or allowance change also retains existing files and blocks new uploads above the resulting allowance. Gallery expiry and deliberate removal follow their own settings.
- Manual storage overrides remain in place. For an agreed custom allowance, contact support rather than starting a second checkout.
- Every ordinary plan is subject to the inactivity rule: after twelve calendar months without a completed sign-in, the queued initial warning email starts thirty days to return before full account removal. Email delivery or reading does not stop the removal clock. A final warning is sent seven days before removal; signing in cancels the pending removal. Administrator accounts are excluded.
